Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time position at Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH responsible for responding to questions and concerns from customers in a timely, professional and positive manner.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by responding to questions from subscribers, producers, groups and dental offices regarding Delta Dental products, claims, and other issues. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential in this position. An Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, Communication, Business or related field plus at least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education is required.


DevOps Engineer

The individual we hire will work collaboratively with Software Development, Software Quality Assurance, IS Security, and IS operations. Here’s the skillset we’re looking for: strong knowledge of automation configuration management and orchestration; skilled in application development and security; background in Linux/Unix /Windows Administration and understanding of Networking Concepts. Background interfacing with databases, system integration and testing frameworks, scripting; experience in continuous Integration/deployment/delivery; and documentation. Senior Account Manager

(Closing Date – May 10, 2019)

Northeast Delta Dental is actively searching for a Senior Account Manager in our Burlington, Vermont office to present and coordinate renewals, reports, and contracts for assigned group customers throughout Vermont and provide the day to day service and support required. This position is focused on cultivating and maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with clients and producers to renew an assigned book of business and meet retention goals.

Candidates must be licensed in Vermont for health/accident/life insurance sales. BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field, and at least two years of related experience required. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Regular travel is required to customer locations throughout Vermont for service calls, utilization review meetings, open enrollments, wellness events, and benefit fairs.


Technical Support Specialsit

(Closing Date – May 3, 2019)

Do you have experience with solving technical problems and assisting end users? Do you enjoy developing creative solutions and continually improving processes? Northeast Delta Dental is accepting applications for a Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for enhancing computer and network systems and supporting users by analyzing requirements, installing and configuring hardware and software, and following up on inquiries and requests. This is a full-time 37.5 hour per week position at Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, New Hampshire. Schedule is Monday – Friday, daytime business hours.

Required Technical Experience:
Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows & Office Suite. Experience with ticketing system concepts, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, VoIP, PowerShell, Group Policy, and OS imaging automation.

Additional Requirements:
Associates Degree in Computer Science plus at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education is required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
