Waterville, ME - Waterville Community Dental Center (WCDC) is pleased to acknowledge a lead grant of $250,000 from Delta Dental Plan of Maine in support of the capital campaign to construct a new dental center.  As a result of redevelopment in downtown Waterville, the Waterville Community Dental Center must relocate from its home of 18 years by the end of 2018. A prompt relocation is essential for the continuation of access to dental services for Waterville Community Dental Center’s patients in the community who have come to rely on them.

LEWISTON, ME – Community Health Options and Northeast Delta Dental announced an expansion of their work together to improve oral and overall health in Maine. The state’s only Maine-based, nonprofit health plan and Northern New England’s leading Dental Carrier will partner to offer dental coverage within its large group plans for 2019.

The Northeast Delta Dental Foundation approved $24,500 in grants to support both the New Hampshire and Vermont Donated Dental Services (DDS) programs in 2018.

Southwestern Community Services (SCS) is pleased to announce that the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation has granted $25,000 in support of the WIC Dental Project. The mission of the project is to improve the oral health of women and children enrolled in NH WIC and to demonstrate that paying for preventative dental care is less expensive and more effective than dental care after problems have occurred and been identified.

One Sky Community Services is happy to announce that it has recently received a grant from the Northeast Delta Dental Foundation for $5,000, approved for use in the One Sky Readiness Fund’s Dental Program. One Sky is also happy to announce that the Program will now be known as the Northeast Delta Dental Assistance Program.
